Waste of Money

Then run message says leave your # we will call you when your turn comes STILL no call back! Waste of time and $’s Lol!

Too much trouble and effort

I do know that it's extremely cumbersome to try to reach a live person at Best Buy - be prepared to spend over an hour holding on the phone and trying to get past all the automated questions and departments, only to be switched to the wrong department, or disconnected. Then you have to start the process all over again. I didn't even get through to Totaltech, even though I pushed the right buttons. It's not like the "good old days" anymore with Best Buy service! They don't even allow you to contact the local store to see if an item is in stock or not - all you get is a national number.
