Trying to justify our purchase.

I was working with Geo Vernon who was difficult to get responses from. I would have to email/text several times before I received a response and then 2 weeks before install learned he was no longer at BB. I went in to the Waterford Lakes store because I wanted to purchase a good surge protector and was helped by Robert Richardson. He said he would be my advisor going forward. I emailed him several days ago with a question and have not heard back. It appears that after the sale the advisor role is no longer a priority.
