My at home IT department and sanity savers!

The Geek Squad provides my Total Tech support around the clock! They are as close a a phone call and for me, have fixed problems after I’ve gone to bed and the resolved problem is fixed when I wake up! Always courteous, professional and brilliant at solving my computer issues!

BestBuy Totaltech is a terrific value.

Quick to analyze my issues and change a setting that somehow got changed such that I could not access WIFI even though under setting my laptop showed connected. I scheduled an appointment, was helped at the designated time and out the door in less than 15 minutes.
