After finally deciding on the one I wanted, then I had to transfer some files from the old computer to the new one. As I am not that savvy to perform this task, I went with TotalTech membership. They did a great job. Now everything I needed is on my new computer. Very satisfied customer.

They can get pretty busy at times but they have always resolved my problems and they do all the work for you. Absolutely love the online chat with remote desk help keep up the good work
