Love Total Tech!!

I've brought my laptop, my wife's laptop snd my daughter's as well for regularly maintenance. I also just added my new appliances. With technology changing every day I highly recommend the Total Tech membership as the Geek squad is up to date with whatever issues that may come up. I am a member for life.

Useless plan; wasted $250

It is aggravating trying to speak with a live person to schedule an appointment. Long hold time, frequent transfers to another person, etc. Worse, I was told the only item covered was my Samsung TV, not the sound bar or other items I purchased from Best Buy. Then I was told there is a $140 service fee for a home visit! I am trying to cancel and obtain a refund. The only bright spot is the technicians who came to my house tried to be helpful.
