I have needed support through this year & every time the team members have provided the support i needed. one time i was concerned with a possible malware problem that was completely resolved very quickly. I had no residual problems i am very happy with the Geek Squad support.

A BEST BUY BEST!

If it wasn’t for the staff, specifically the manager JESSICA, I never would have made the purchase! I am grateful for her advice because it has not only saved me money, provided extensive services, discounts, but it is paid for itself multiple times over! HIGHLY SUGGEST!

Useless plan; wasted $250

It is aggravating trying to speak with a live person to schedule an appointment. Long hold time, frequent transfers to another person, etc. Worse, I was told the only item covered was my Samsung TV, not the sound bar or other items I purchased from Best Buy. Then I was told there is a $140 service fee for a home visit! I am trying to cancel and obtain a refund. The only bright spot is the technicians who came to my house tried to be helpful.
