Very helpful service, but hard to schedule

It's absolutely worth the money. However, scheduling is a challenge for anyone who has to be at work during regular hours from Monday through Friday. Geek Squad should add evening hours, and/or increase the number of agents available over the weekends, in order to help working people.

Totaltech Membership

We had geek squad come to our house this month. The person that came out to help us was very friendly, knew just what to do to fix our internet problems, hooked up our new router, set up my computer and printer, set up my tv and was out the door within 45 minutes. So glad I signed up for the membership.

They have already closed many stores, do not offer bundled software. Not much merchandise in stores BUT TOTAL TECH members have to BUY ALL ITEMS from BEST BUY or the items are not covered. I had a computer under Geek Squad and thanks to the Geek Squad coverage I was encouraged to purchase many more products. NO MORE Best Buy will go the way of Bed Bath and Beyond, Sears, and other behemoths who cannot keep up.
