I have been back to buy a printer. I cannot say enough about them - while unhappy about the reason I went there, they were the best thing that came out of a bad situation. I can never thank them enough - I have no hesitation about recommending them without reservation

Very helpful service, but hard to schedule

It's absolutely worth the money. However, scheduling is a challenge for anyone who has to be at work during regular hours from Monday through Friday. Geek Squad should add evening hours, and/or increase the number of agents available over the weekends, in order to help working people.

Totaltech Membership

We had geek squad come to our house this month. The person that came out to help us was very friendly, knew just what to do to fix our internet problems, hooked up our new router, set up my computer and printer, set up my tv and was out the door within 45 minutes. So glad I signed up for the membership.

No-brainer for anyone who has anything electronic!

Hours spent, but everything was covered under the plan. Also, buying an appliance and having it delivered? Install and take-away fees are much reduced for Totaltech members. It pays for itself over and over again.
