should have used it more
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the folks really knew their stuff. this would've been a real bargain if i had used it more! but i broke even using it for a broken laptop, so it was still good. i couldn't figure out if i could get my samsung phone fixed, that was a little weird. i wouldn't get it again unless i need something expensive fixed.

So far all positive per membership,

Remote tech support discovered problem and corrected issue. To date since service desktop is functioning well. Also used service to evaluate older refrigerator concerns assistance was most welcomed.

IPhone repair

A few nice guys attempted to fix my phone but their tries did not work. A Geek tech was able to fix my phone when her previous appointment ended early. Oh what a GREAT surprise to now have a functioning email account! Thank you so very much! You made my life easier.
