Probably should have waited till after the pandemi

Unfortunately the tech portion could not use due to horrible wait time . You have to wait 3-4 months for service call due to back up . Which was ridiculous. Don’t offer something you don’t have volume to support during pandemic or atleast offer it at a extremely low price to reflect what you actually get to use .

It has come in very handy when my computer suddenly stopped working, or when I've had a software issue. I also love that fact that when I've ordered appliances or office furniture it was delivered and installed without a charge because I have total tech. This service works well for me.

I'm not sure how they're making money on this, other than creating a reason to buy your electronics with them, over a competitor not offer the same support services.

Tried to contact Cooper but did not receive a call back. In addition, the TV is slightly crooked on the wall.

They worked with my schedule and when I could not be at home, they were able to deal with my adult daughter who oversaw the installation of the two TV's. Easy to work with and contact-able.
