I have used Totaltech for two years now. I am very happy with it. The staff I deal with are always very helpful. With an increasing amount of "tech" in our home and ever changing operating parameters and systems it is good to have a dependable resource to help deal with it.

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek square are great. Also, love the pease old kind of getting protection plans on our purchases!

They delivered and installed my new 65" TV. They also took the old one, that died, away. They arrived in the specified window. They were quick and took away all the trash.

This membership is very valuable. It gives you VIP service and provides the opportunity to get support with home computer items. My favorite aspect is the discount I receive on home services like installation etc.

Membership is a little expensive, but having an entire department like the Geek Squad is nice since it meant for more availability. So appointment, waiting, etc. wasn't too bad.

This membership is a good deal. Only that in Puerto Rico they charge installation services that are part of the membership and that in the US they are not charged. The technicians are very prepared, respectful and punctual.

We reported our problem and the technicians were able to troubleshoot and fix the problem that did not require new parts. For issues related to parts, they placed the order, we received the parts and are still waiting for them to reschedule service to install new part.

When you buy this membership, it includes all your devices and you can bring them in as many times as needed to be checked out. The members take care of the problem and if something has to be replaced or upgraded, they will let you know first before they do it.

I love that i can go into the store and go online to gat help. The associates are very knowledgeable and friendly. I got totaltech because I am mostly computer illiterate and they have always been there to help me.

The request was to install a new tv with sound bar. We needed help to take off old tv from mount and install on mount in other location so that new tv will be installed in spot wanted. The installers didn’t want to help with that, even though tech support installed all of our tvs with mounts originally. So with bad back, had to take off tv and have help mount other tv in my room. It was still better than me installing everything but was surprised they couldn’t help with other tv. With help it took 5 min.

I like the membership they came and installed my TV and it was great. Security system.. Not so sure about that as we had difficulty, but all in all I'd do it again.

I love Totaltech membership. I use it for all of my electronics needs. I have 5 laptops and 3 printers and each time something happens they help me. I take each laptop for a tuneup every 6 months just to make sure there is no malware and all the apps are updated.

Geek Squad is why I buy stuff from Best Buy. Recently had a problem with an old notebook and they were able to fix it at the desk! I've been a subscriber for years and I am VERY pleased with this service!

The Totaltech membership is worth the value if you are a PC gamer that wants to customize your own rig. If you supply the components, this will cover the cost of building it. I've never had any issues, and sometimes get our devices back sooner than estimated.

Didn’t really know much about it but when I moved into my new home it was worth it! Installation and coverage on every appliance that I purchased. Even had a teach come by to offer the best solution for what I needed in my house!

Total check is the best they really stand behind all of their warranty service plans more than fair every time I’ve had to deal with them keep up the good work good quality good customer service best buys it’s been my dog for LOL

I really love the peace of mind that comes with this membership, especially with the difficulty of finding a good computer repair. The fact that it also covers all my devices was a big win for me.
