Having the total tech support membership is a great way to help customer's out in time of need for in home repairs or set up for new items purchased or in store, glad you have this to offer customers. I will be keeping this and renewing it every year.

THE way to go if you are using anything electronic in your home! I know the Geek Squad is there for all my needs and it sure helps to get priority service. It is a no brainer.

I believe in keeping this membership all the time, in fact I just auto renew. It can pay for itself at any time when you need tech help, etc.., it's nice to always have someone there for trouble with just about anything.

This truly is a lifesaver.... if you get the right person. I've used it multiple times and the quality is purely related to "the luck of the draw". If was every tech member is as skilled and eager to help as the best of them, then Best Buy Total tech membership would be an obvious necessity for me and my family.

A must have if you purchase a lot of electronics. They upgraded my computer's HDD to an SSD with the only cost being the new SSD. Labor was included. Too many extra benefits to mention. Read about it and purchase if you love electronics.

The guys were great. They were careful not to mess up the house, be covid safe, wore masks and foot coverings. They knew exactly what they were doing, were quick and efficient, and they were very respectful and pleasant. Your guys always do a great job!

This membership is well worth it. We are tech-challenged and have been helped remotely several times, at no charge. They also installed two new TV's for free and did a beautiful job hiding all the wires in the wall.

Really hasn’t helped much having this membership, so frustrated with Best Buy for not installing my new dishwasher at delivery. Their 3rd party installers had no idea what/how to properly install. Waiting for another installer to come out, so I’ve not been able to use my dishwasher for 2weeks. Hoping they get it right this time!

I did purchased it but never used it was really pricey I just wished I had taken advantage of It. I regret not using it. But it’s very helpful I do recommend getting cause it covers any electronics you have great choice

First time subscribing to this membership. I really don't know if it will be worth the expense. Only time will tell.

I like totaltech because they can come to your house and fix my computer. And if I get a new TV they can mount on the wall . When I need a new printer I can go in the store and pick up a new one.

Good service provided by Best Buy. It was quite helpful with support provided to get my new phone appropriately protected with shields - at no out of pocket cost.

The membership is very good but it is expensive! They will help if you have any problems with any electronics even if you didn't purchase the item from them. I still think its priced to high for those of us who only use it for one item.

The membership is definitely worth purchasing. They set up two new laptops for us. I brought in 2 old laptops that had crashed, one was able to have the hard drive replaced for just the cost of the part. Very helpful and quick turn around for the work.

I am always purchasing merchandise from Best Buy and Total Tech Support Membership is the best. Everything I purchase I contact Geek Squad and they set up an appointment with using my Total Tech Support membership. It is an annual membership.

I think this is going to be worth joining. I only joined a month or so ago, and will get a discount on my TV installation, and possibly network connection issues.

Recently two Totaltech technicians came to my home to install a wall mounting bracket for my new 75" Samsung TV. They were friendly, very professional, and did an excellent job in a short time.

Bestbuy totaltech stands behind their products. Great for insuring the products last. When you have a rare badly produced item or one that is overused you walk into the store and get a new one often the newer model without reaching for your wallet.

This insurance for my laptops. iPads. Is very important for us. We are in our 80 s and need all the help we can get and advice. The Greek Squad has always been very helpful and courteous to me.

Ended up providing real value. Multiple appliance package issues occurred which would have cost a lot more than this coverage. I wish the quality of my Whirlpool package was better so this coverage was not needed. But it is a good thing I had it.
