    Great Protection Plan and service. I've recently used this service to install older TVs that I did not purchase at Best Buy and received a discount for being a TotalTech member. The discount is applied when you make the purchase for TV Mounting.

    This membership has more than paid for itself during the year that I have had it. Geek Squad has not only come to my house to work on my computer but on two different occasions have been able to get on my computer and fix several problems.

    I go to Best Buy for all my large purchases and with the Total Tech membership, I know that the services they offer and the protection for my devices allows me the comfort of knowing if I do need something they're just a phone call away.

    This membership is so valuable to me and my daughter has a membership as well. I moved recently and had them install my TV and I also needed a new PC and they installed my software. I love the fact I have an issue and can get assistance right away.

    I really didn’t use it that much. I believe this is a good subscription if you have old electronics and need some one to help you troubleshoot a problem

    Not worth it unless you are bringing on a lot of new tech or are disabled. I had a lot going on so I bought but I will be canceling it before it renews.

    Recently had an Dryer delivered and damaged was done to a lamppost which we are trying to get resolved. It has taken several calls to BB and Sedgwick to get a response; so the jury is still out on that issue.

    I have had the Total Tech membership now for over two years and am very happy with it. The cost of the membership has been paid for many times over with the TT savings I get on purchases as a member.

    The Totaltech is a great service to have for your electronics. I like that idt only cost $50 for in home visit, I have already got back my membership money by using them for home visits.

    Having been very disappointed by some product and devices that are very complicated to set-up this Protection is the only way to be sure you will get accurate honest advice and help to get the best from your device.

    The Totaltech membership is well worth the money. They are quick efficient and always have taken time to show us what was wrong and how to work our computer and lap top. Pays for itself.

    I LOVE having this membership, it paid for itself with in the first 6 months. I like knowing I can call and get help without worrying about paying. All the tech agents I have spoken with have been nice and knowledgeable.

    I was a bit hesitant when i got the membership, but i have to say it is totally worth it. The savings with the tech support and unlimited geek squad support is awesome. If you shop at best buy a lot i strongly recommend.

    Thomas was great. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Geek Squad has come a long way from when they first started and it shows. I'm new to totaltech and glad i have it. Makes Buying/installing easier because i don't have to do it.

    Setting up a new program for viewing DVDs and CDs

    Your technician knew exactly what to do on setting up a new program enabling me to view DVDs and CD on my computer. I wonder though why "TOTALTECH" wasn't able to do this remotely. I had turned over my computer to them several days before.

    Love My LG SmartTV delivery Set-up & Stress-Free

    The Totaltechs arrived and quickly removed our old TV and replaced it with a new LG55" TV. They hooked up the soundbar and had everything working nicely in no time. They cleaned up the area, hauled away the old TV, plus a 2nd old TV too.

    My Geek Squad assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She was able to answer all my questions. Additionally, she talked me through the process of using my new receiver, as well as my new Sonos speaker. She was great!
