The service is very good. The only catch is the annual renewal method of payment can NOT be changed.

Totaltech covers all my needs for the products I've purchased. I'm amazed by what all is offered with Totaltech, The representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Good to have the totaltech membership. Anytime I have any issues with my laptops, I can call in and if they can't fix over the phone, I bring it in and so far everything has been taken care of.

This membership has really helped me with an I pad purchase and also questions about a fridge purchase which required a home visit. Was all handled very professionally. Best Buy is really doing a good job! Fridge is great- GE profile.

This membership was good when I bought it a month ago, but now has been upgraded. The new membership is much better, and certainly worth the price.

This total tech pretty much pays for itself free wall mount for tvs free car installation and i was able to secure some of the hottest tech and gaming consoles just in time for the holidays was also able to cop a turboman doll lol

Love my total membership, and I sleep so much better, knowing that my devices and TVs are protected. In addition, Mike, from Geek Squad, came over and changed out my TV screen. He did a 5 star job. So, very happy and all is fine.

THIS MEMBERSHIP IS A REAL VALUE. I have used it frequently, for computer checks, phone checks, and for installing TVs, appliances and gym equipment. I have been very pleased with the professionalism and expertise of the Geek Squad.

This membership pays off for itself on the first visit by the Geek Squad. I didn’t hesitate once when the perks for having this membership was initially explained to me at the store. Pay the extra $200, you won’t be dissatisfied.

I have used this membership for various things, but recently for having television mounts installed. The service technicians have been amazing and the extra savings I get by being a member makes other things from Best Buy possible.

When I first acquired my membership, I was quite happy. However, since then, I have had several issues with appointment times and geek squad/ third party not showing up at all for appointments. I had to call to find out for myself, what was going on. I hope going forward, this issue is corrected.

Purchased a new TV and whole house wi-fi system. We wanted both setup the Geek Squad and the salesperson recommended we purchase the plan. They indicated it would save us money on the installing of our purchases. We still had to pay additional fees to get the items installed. Probably will never have techs out again so will not use the service we paid for.

I had a great agent come to the house. Greg. But when I call on the phone it really depends on who you get. Not only is there a language barrier, but, many of my calls have been “dropped” during transfer from one agent to another.

Very helpful service, if you use it. The first year I signed up I used it quite a bit, car audio installation, setting up a TV and home theater.

Purchased for a TV Install and thought that would be it. The install was great BestBuy installers were really professional and did a great job. Total Tech has helped us a couple of additional times.

This time a Samsung person came out and found a leak in my dishwasher gasket. Hopefully this will fix the problem permanently and I won't need to call you guys again in a few months!

I can rest at ease that I have computer support 24/7. I also love the discounts for TV set up in home and I did not have to pay delivery for my refrigerator or to haul away the old one. The benefits are great for the annual cost.

I initially got total tech because they had a special going on at the time. I renewed the service because I was led to believe tech members would have early access to hard to get or newly released products such as gaming consoles. Although they did that for a very short while, they abruptly stopped the practice. The $200 membership is not worth it if you do not have early of first access to these products IMO.

always nice having the added piece of mind knowing you have the protection you need included with total tech price could be better for sure
