    The wait is so long when you’re on the phone. We thought we could us this for our computer, but the time it takes to get anyone on the phone is ridiculous. So we will not be renewing our membership

    We have only had the service for less than a year and have used it so many times. Fixed our old computer, fixed our IPad, installed our phone screen protectors. I will continue this service for many years to come

    This membership is a value to us. We don't have to hunt for repair technicians , just call the geek squad and they come the next day in most cases. This is going on our second year of being members

    My laptop quit working and I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. Geek squad repaired it. Not only that, they repaired another laptop and serviced my desk top computer. Definitely a money saver for me.

    The program is awesome and I couldn’t be happier as a member. I haven’t used the Geek Squad assistance yet in any real issues, but we have had multiple televisions hung in our house and those were all done excellently.

    Overall pretty cool and seems worth it if you are going to buy something big like a TV or other major item. Extra discounts are always good.

    I spent almost 4 hours trying to get a simple problem corrected. I was abruptly disconnected 3 times. This service was great when it started, but really is substandard now. I stopped shopping at Best Buy years ago as the staff didn't seem to care and now it looks like I will break my final tie. Total tech should be called Total Wreck.

    Yes, our 1st Samsung QLED 90 was bad from the Start. Then LeeDor set up for a replacement. Wow, the new one went on and now we are enjoying this Samsung 55" once again. Ryan put it up and we are watching our favorites.

    The membership was highly priced brought devices In and later on I was hacked and the Best Buy employee was-one of the hackers. Brought home computer was not fixed and the Webroot hacker took it out from under me so useless!!! Also brought in iPhone and the tech said he doesn’t work on iPhones say what????! Membership I paid for B useless

    I have been getting the Total Tech Support for a few years now and would not be without it. I always have a few questions per year and need help on certain electronics too. Everyone is nice when I need the help too.

    I do not normal purchase these extended programs. This proved to be a good investment when I purchased appliances. The delivery and set up of appliances was free.

    I was suckered into this new service Bestbuy is offering. Not worth the price. Contractors are out side workers with very little experience and no professional communication skills. Like hiring slow Bob from up the road.

    The membership is a real value. I work with computers all day at work and I don't want to even think about my printer not printing or a message on my laptop. I just call and FIXED. I Love totaltech.

    I like the fact that they can remotely take charge of my computer when I have an issue. It's a pain to have to take everything apart and bring it over there. Also, I just realized that I get discounts on many things.
