This was an unexpected bonus that came 1 week too late. Had to buy a new TV with installation scheduled for October 27th and an installation fee of $49.00. Hopefully we’ll be able to benefit from the new program soon.

Everyone I have ever encountered have been awesome. I asked a lot of questions and the response was on point. Still waiting for my son-in-law to finish the basement walls so that I can get my new TV installed and hung

I like the geek squad membership. Occasionally hard to get ahold of someone but usually great. Was a little disappointed when I bought an oven with installation but had to call someone else to do part of the install.

I feel bad giving a 5-star or a 1-star review for something that I don’t have use for. As such, I’m giving a neutral rating. The services covered don’t appear to align with what I need or the costs for repair is cheaper when outsourced directly. I’ll still try to use it when I need it. It’s just a shame that it’s benefits are what I need.

I have had good and bad luck this year. I have had a terrible problem getting my oven repaired. I called July 10 and it is still not fixed. I called 20 or so times trying to get a service call. Finally I got a GE team and they are very good but have been here 3 times and it is still not fixed because they were mailed defective replacement parts. I have been pleased overall with the network specialist and media teams.

The idea of having a Total Tech Support for all electronics in your home is a mart way of simplifying where to go for help. In addition to the discounts, you get in accessories and other related items in the store.

i have already brought in my lap top after it had been infected by a virus. My device was taken care of. It was easy to make an appointment. the team members were timely and respected my time.

Outstanding! I had three TVs installed with the wireless connection. I also had them mounted with Sanus mounts, the best. Absolutely happy with everything. One of the better purchases I’ve made in a long time.

Joshua and partner were great. They even had to come back and try another optical cord for the sound bar. The one they provided was apparently no good. I went out and bought one. They came back to install.
