I don’t usually do extended warranties nor a supplemental service such ad TotalTech such as this. It has paid for itself in lest that 30 days. I’m glad I have it. Thanks Geek Squad.

This is great if you have plans for and new electronics within the next year...I did not renew as I have no more use for it and it is expensive.

The geek squad cleaned up and fixed my computer to be efficient. They cover the electronic in my house and all appliances.

The new program contains a few new features, but the price increase over the previous one may not be justified. Time will tell.

Okay the only pain is having to make an appointment with the Geek squad but if you use multiple devise you need total tech. So spend the cash and get it you wont regret it when you need it

Feel techs are not as knowledgeable as they should be

The total tech warranty is worth the money. I had to install several zagg screens that would have cost me $8.00 a piece. When they become defective the total tech Replaces them for free

Can't say enough about Totaltech membership. It's great to have. They respond to calls or chat and they assist you even when it takes a while. I would recommend it to anyone.

Having the Total Tech coverage allows me to be worry free if my electronics aren’t working correctly…I just pickup the phone and set up an appt to handle the problem!

The tech membership is a good value. The tech who came to my home for TV mounting and set up was on time, knowledgeable and completely professional. I can foresee using it frequently throughout the year.

Membership is a real value. I didn't realize when I first got it that it covers everything Best Buy sells. May have a service charge when servicing appliances?

Protection plans and total tech support are a must have for your products. You cannot go wrong with this additional protection of all your products.

I have used this service so much this year it has saved me so much $$. Used for car radio install, dash cam install, appliance install and haul away.It also is the extended warranty so that’s a bonus.
