I tested this membership only for my laptops issues. It was very difficult to first connect with a right person and then it was unclear to know what to do next. Why is it so difficult to get the service for my Laptops? May be that was not a good day for me or I did d not know what to expect. Thanks for asking.

I have not used it yet. New laptop, purchased for the data transfer from old/damaged unit to new unit. However, the 2-3 day turnaround did not justify. In theory, some support issues can be corrected - but if this cannot be done while you wait, what is the point?

We always get good service from the team members working at Best Buy. I have yet had any bad service from Best Buy. I will continue to shop at Best Buy because of the good customer service received.

You guys say that you are there to assist 24/7; yet, I was not able to get help with something as simple as no sound on the tv without the phone rep wanting to set an appointment....so why are your hours stating 24/7?

Purchased a year ago since I had a lot of in home installs planned. It was worthwhile and has since payed off with the included AppleCare+ protection and extended appliance warranties.

Been in with issues that weren’t the easiest to resolve and had to see several Geek Squad Techs. They were all very nice and helpful and resolved my issues. I wouldn’t be without it.

Lam and his assistants were very neat and professional. When he figured out the wall mount for my new tv was not going to work, he left and bought a new one that would work. Would highly recommend
