I feel like I'm getting such a great deal. I can have my laptop checked out anytime I want. I have repair support for other electronics I own. Plus appliance repairs are donr for onlu 49.99.

Without an in-house I Tech and having no grandchildren, I'm grateful to be able to get help when I need it for my electronics collection -- 2 TVs, iPhone, iPad. Printer, PC and Wi-Fi connection.

Not worth the money. I canceled it after one attempt at getting service. Unless you need to reload the operating system, which anyone with Youtube can do, it is a waste of money. The technician actually said they assume the customer will buy a newer computer and don't plan on providing any service.

Did a great job fixing my Samsung TV. the techs were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly, they showed us valuable insight on how our TV works.

This membership is great to have and worth the cost , with everything it saved us on our one purchase was well worth it plus getting the extra coverage plan . Very happy

Purchased this service when I got my 70" TV and it has worked well both for installing and setting up my TV, and for use with other products and devices I have. Highly recommend this service.

I was not treated correctly by supervisor when i had my game laptop trying to get it fixed he said he can't help unless i knew exactly whats the problem i had to call my grandson in school for info why couldn't he do diagnostic to see he said he can't i had to know then had someone else help me she did nothing. I had to wait for my grandson call me from school why

This membership can be valuable If you buy and use a lot of tech items …

The totaltech annual membership is worth more than its value. Especially with the extended warranties on products, 24 x 7 support, and the onsite install for new products setup for only $50.

Had a simple problem with my laptop but couldn't fix myself. Brought it in multiple times and got fixed every time.

Technical person here, but I don't have time to spend solving the slow PC problems we were experiencing. The Best Buy crew took care of it and got it back to me in reasonable amount of time

Love it!!!! I have Absolute Peace of mind with Total Tech!!! Because my tech skills are limited, it is just WONDERFUL to schedule an appointment for repairs at no additional cost!!!!

The membership has more than paid for itself through TV installations, warranties, as well as washer and dryer installation. I will definitely be maintaining this membership.

If you intend to buy several products that need to be installed the Totatech membership makes economic sense. The fees charged are much less than if you had them installed without the plan.

I haven’t had the membership long(about two weeks). So far it’s okay. I’ll reserve judgement for now. I’m disappointed I can’t bring my other electronics, that I bought at Best Buy, in under this plan. I also think the Geek Squad’s functions are over priced. That means I have to buy this plan to be charged a fair rate. I would caution anyone buying this to make sure it fits your needs.

Not being able to find a good appliance repair, we called on Geek Squad and they repaired our frig very well. Want to give a shout out to Samuel, our repair tech, great job, really nice guy!!

Daniel Rainey did an excellent job. He was courteous and professional. I am still a little unsure how to access my HBO Max and Netflix. Maybe someone can talk me through it over the phone.

Once in a while, my computer was attacked by a hacker. I really need some expert to clean up my computer so I can have my data secured.

Very happy I have this service. Initially I didn't think I would renew or use them multiple times but they have come in handy multiple times during the year so I will renew.
