Not really worth it is you take care of your merchandise

You need total tech for proper installation and to get the optimum use of your products. The rechnicians know the best way to set things up. Technicians do it quickly and safely.

Being a member is one of best decision I’ve made. Geek squad is always there for me, in person and on the phone. They’re prompt, knowledgeable and very professional.

Using a systematic approach to problem solving, Brent found the sources (2) of the problem with signal reception. He made an onsite fix and we have had expanded and clear reception since.

I did not have time to make an appointment, as I needed something resolved quickly on my phone, since I am flying to Europe Sunday. Zegeye was very helpful and solved the problem quickly.

This membership works great for people that don't know much about computers. It it nice to know that you have someone backing you up in case you need it.

The agent you talk to will take over your computer and you have to trust them but at the end when the problem isn’t or couldn’t be fixed he said, take it to Bestbuy,, sometimes they even say take it there before they even start. This plan is only good for mobile devices not computers that you have to lug around risking the damage.

I see overall the membership has potential to be of value. I’m disappointed in one of the moves the installers made. They showed up to install the dryer and did not have the proper power cord. They left the dryer uninstalled and told my father he needed to purchase a cord on his own and finish the installation of the dryer himself. I paid for the installation kit and the install and yet had to purchase a dryer cord and we had to install it ourselves. I also had to drive from Portland to Prineville and back to do this. It cost me fuel, a half a days work, plus the dryer cord. Not to mention a very dissatisfied feeling overall There was no credit issued. It seems to be a problem in my book.

I've only used TotalTech once so far but overall it was much better than I expected. The wait times weren't long and they solved my issues. Definitely worth the price.

The Totaltech membership has all most paid for it self with the setup of my 65 inch TV, the TV mount plus all the cables. Everything was setup fast & easy with all my questions answered.

If you ever need help with anything, they’re more than happy to help. & when I need to drop off my product, I love that you can track it to see when you’re able to pick it up!

Love the total Tech program. I have a piece of mind that I will be protected. It's also good to know that they will come out and install any appliances etc I purchase from them.

The service provided greatly exceeds the cost, we’ve had them mount tvs, bring and remove refrigerator and more..one service and it’s paid for..they’re great

This membership was great. I had a product that needed to be fixed, and the repair process went smooth.

I haven’t needed to utilize this service so I don’t think it’s worth paying for.

This was a good service and I recommend it to anyone who wants to use it for GeekSquad help.

This is handy if you plan to make a lot of purchases with geek squad during the year for discounts

They'll team did what they said they would but one of them talked me into buying a computer case that is to small for my computer. They set it up for me, but it randomly stopped working, and I found out it is because the computer was forced to fit in the compre case.

I have had two techs come to my house. Both did a wonderful job. Phone support is a different story. I found they weren't real interested in helping me with my problem. One just wanted to sell me another product. One was real quick to dismiss me. Wasn't real interested in my computer issue.
