My membership allows us to have access to the Geek Squad which is very helpful to anyone that is not the most "techy" person. We have had excellent support for setting our Smart TV's

A Great service. Worth it when you consider it also comes with Webroot Security Protection and LastPass Pro. Has also helped me get a full refund on a failed laptop and smart watch.

I am really impressed with the Geek Squad. We took an old Apple iPad in that hadn’t been used for awhile and we couldn’t get it going and they had it working in about a half hour.

This service is really necessary for me to have because of the little knowledge I have with computers and they are there whenever I need them.

It was less expensive to get this program and do the repairs to my computer than to just get the parts and DIY. It makes sense. And the geek squad was very nice

This membership is ok, however I'm living on a fixed income & can't afford in home service appointments!

This is a real value and a piece of mind to know, that I have a security when something goes wrong with my computer. The Totaltech membership was a good investment for me.

Absolutely worth it with all the electronics theses days. We learned the hard way what hackers can do and hopefully this will keep our electronics up to speed with any issues.
