The membership is worth every dollar. Tech support is always available whether you want to drop your computer off , go into the stor e or use chat support.

I keep forgetting to use it, considering i paid for the benefits.

Get protection on the expensive items for it's a must. Also for tvs they can hang it for you

The Geek Squad guys (2), set up our new 65” LG tv using our Apple TV device and the process was very successful. They added a special plug and a SONOS Sound bar. It’s awesome!

This is an excellent program. Geek Squad can solve any electronic issue. Just wish I could send messages/texts so I didn't have to drive my polluting car &risk COVID

This membership is a great deal . From virus protect , tunes up on my laptop. Great to in person support or via on line . Highly recommend if you use your laptop for work .
