The water on my new fridge has a chemical taste. Evan after dumping several pitchers of it out. Called Best Buy & after being transferred several times they finally said they had to send out the installation people again because it could of been installed incorrectly. They arrived thinking they were there to install a refrigerator. I told them it was already installed but the water tastes bad. They were not sure why they were there. They checked to make sure it was installed correctly and said there was nothing they could do and some one would contact me in a couple days. That was on Monday and it is now Friday and have not heard anything.

My husband has some neurological issues and having this protection helps me out a lot when he does manage to do a variety of things to his laptop that need fixed.

This membership is a real value. Geek Squad protection 24 hours a day is hard to beat, and their expertise is really great!

Tried to use the website to speak to a Geek Squad tech and was hung up on. Called to set up an appointment - was transferred to three different people and finally was sent to someone who could set up the appointment. Then Best Buy wanted the payment before they would make the appointment - that’s not a very good way to do business in my opinion.

I was not happy with service at all it was waste of money for me.They messed up my PC data and softwares. They are not knowledgeable.

You get really good perk of having total tech when you purchase electronic here at best buy
