We used TotalTech to mount our 65" Sony on a wall in our apartment. They arrived on time & were finished in just over one hour. Everything is working, no problems.

I have really got my value from the Totaltech membership. We received a discount on our ring system and installation, help with my new computer and troubleshooting.

So far this has been a so so experience. I had an installation that turned out to be incomplete. It took three phone calls (two disconnects) to get an appointment to finish the problem. So after roughly 45 minutes on the phone we will get a resolution (fingers crossed).

Totaltech’s been a god send, Resolved PC issues, multiple tv installs, car back up sensor installs and plan discounts are just fantastic, the plan pays for itself.

Gives me comfort to know I have geek squad on stand by. Extra offers and perks with membership. They basically saved me the amount of a new Mac. Well worth it.
