We used TotalTech to mount our 65" Sony on a wall in our apartment. They arrived on time & were finished in just over one hour. Everything is working, no problems.

I have really got my value from the Totaltech membership. We received a discount on our ring system and installation, help with my new computer and troubleshooting.

So far this has been a so so experience. I had an installation that turned out to be incomplete. It took three phone calls (two disconnects) to get an appointment to finish the problem. So after roughly 45 minutes on the phone we will get a resolution (fingers crossed).

Totaltech’s been a god send, Resolved PC issues, multiple tv installs, car back up sensor installs and plan discounts are just fantastic, the plan pays for itself.

This Plan is a great value plus it has unlimited Geek Squad services that are a great benefit to anyone when you need service on your item.

This is a great value. The install of items pays for itself let alone the discounts offered on items. I have already renewed for another year.

Gives me comfort to know I have geek squad on stand by. Extra offers and perks with membership. They basically saved me the amount of a new Mac. Well worth it.

Have used it on several occasions. Geek Squad is very efficient. Charging for installation and delivery a bit much.

This saved me a lot of time when computer had a virus. The were so very helpful and timely. They took care of my problem and I was able to get back to work

I was not happy with service at all it was waste of money for me.They messed up my PC data and softwares. They are not knowledgeable.

Membership is well worth it. TV installation, geek squad on line help, in store help with iPhone and laptop just to name a few of the many ways I have benefited.

My laptop was not charging. I ordered the piece. Geek squad replaced the piece. They also cleaned out the viruses. My computer works fast. It took them 2 hours.

It’s great to have the satisfaction of knowing our products will be repaired if need be without having to search and wait for an outside entity to make repairs.
