As households become more tech-saturated, I find Totaltech (aka Geek Squad) to be essential in maximizing and utilizing the technological assets available.

Been able to use this several times for computer and appliances. Found it beneficial.

I have talked with “support” twice on two separate issues. I ended up googling the issues after in both instances the techs weren’t helpful. The first instance I asked why Dolby Atmos was working with Netflix. Tech said basically call Netflix and ask them. I said it’s not a Netflix issue. I then screenshot the chat where I was told to find the answers in my Manual! I was shocked and wanted this for laughs even though I was frustrated. Googling led me to go into advanced settings and enabling Dolby Atmos on my tv. The second try with A Total Tech “expert “ was a different soundbar purchase. I was asked why after enabling “Alexa” on it I still couldn’t play “my music”. The tech said they would gladly help me with my tv, what was the model number? I said it’s a soundbar and I already gave the model number in the question when I asked. After unsuccessfully going through some strings and hold times while the “expert” tried to help me, I was told to uninstall reinstall the Alexa Skill. Frustrated again I googled the solution during one of the times I was put on hold. The answer was I had to link the soundbar with my Amazon account in the Alexa app. The local “Geek Squak” however was very good at initially installing my equipment. This membership has saved me money but my don’t recommend the tech support feature.

This is a great membership I am all mess up some one computer and there always there for me heip me to fix it and I will definitely renewing it again

Worth every penny by just for the discounts you get as a member. The protection plan and access to free apple care is icing on the cake.

I love Best Buy, I love Geek Squad, and I love my Totaltech membership. The Totaltech membership is a great investment that has saved us a lot of money.

They did back up my hard drive data from my laptop that died after I brought it back the second time. But they were not able to restore a Toshiba Laptop due they didnt understand how to get past its bios.

The fact that i can get access to a new PS5 as a Totaltech member makes it worth it.

I am very happy with my membership. It has helped me several times already. It was great to have when I needed a new drive installed on my old laptop.

for washer pedestal good thing an experienced tech came with the other guy. cause he knew what he was doing. always send two techs/an experienced one.

I feel safe when knowing that I can contact total tech or geek squad to help me with my laptop problems and having a membership is a blessing.

The best thing brought all year !!! I purchased for tv installation and been using it for smaller needs and just installed security system for free!!!

For $199 you get peace of mind. They follow up until your satisfied. Recommend for serious 12 speaker installation.
