I have used this service only once, however in the next week or so I plan to purchase new phones and will use the service to set these new devices up

Well worth the purchase price if you plan to purchase larger TVs, appliances, etc. The delivery and set up fees alone cost as much as this plan.

The techs at the Geek squad have been wonderful and very helpful to my grandson. They have assisted him not only on the phone but in person.

Hard to get an appointment, The technicians eventually figure out the issue but could listen more up front. Seems there is a routine they must follow and they are intent on getting through the basics.

Used Geek Squad for installation of Smart TV's and they completed same promptly and efficiently, explaining how to use the functions
