Great value, the more electronics you have the better. Tvs, phones, tablets. Nearly any device or screen and they can help you out in a fast and timely manner. Great buy, especially with kids

Totaltech is a must service offered by Best Buy. I'm so happy for all of the help this service plan has offered me that I had to use for my laptop. I wasn't stressed about going in asking for help.

This was a valuable membership at the time, my lab top was not functioning properly and I was stomped. These guys fixed all issues and explained what was going on. Time and Quality service.

So far, the Best Buy TotalTech membership has been worth the price. I received the membership after having the Geek Squad team at my local store install some upgrade parts for my PC, and the membership carries many benefits, including tech support, free shipping, and the security software, WebRoot, as well, which functions in tandem with MS Windows Defender. I re-upped the subscription for a 2nd year, as it's a very convenient bundle and price.

Best thing to pay for. This covers all my important electronics in my house, best thing to have especially when you have kids. You never know what can happen and with this there is no worries.
