I can only speak to cancellation and not the actual services. Cancellation was a real pain and took a long time. I was hung up on and transferred a couple times. This part was frustrating, but once cancelled there were no issues.

I used this all year. I renewed the next year. This pays for car audio installs and computer issues. That alone is worth the price.

Totaltech has been great. I like being able to just call up the totaltech for assistance with my various items covered by totaltech.

This membership has been a real bargain. The ice maker on my refrigerator went out and it was fixed with no questions and no hidden fees.

I was to have an opportunity to use this service but all of a sudden the issue i was having on my printer got fixed by an angel.
