Not only great help in store but it paid for itself. When I bought our new TV the delivery and installation was included at no charge

We are not tech savvy so having this resource make things less scary. We learn many new things each time we use it.

I knew television stopped working, they took care of it. Had problem with my printer, they took care of it. That’s customer service!!!

The only thing wrong is I was charged for the service. I have since learned I was not supposed to pay, Waiting on money being returned

Paid for a service and a contractor showed up a day later ( which caused me to lose a 2 vacation days) the contractor called me late in the day to let me know he wasn’t coming til a later date. When the contractor showed up they set up my camera’s with no problem but they tore up my a/c unit and the google thermostat was either torn up or didn’t work out of the package. When they left they told me to replace the thermostat but in the mean time it was working in reverse. When the heat was on the thermostat the A/c was actually working and when the a/c was on the thermostat the heat was working. They said it would be fine til I could get a replacement thermostat. About 1 day later my a/c unit stopped completely. I had to pay a licensed HVAC man to fix it and it cost me 400 to fix it and 80 to replace the thermostat. The Best Buy in Montgomery,Al wasn’t answering the phone it was forwarded somewhere else. I called Best Buy customer support and was talked to very rudely!! I then went to the store I’m Montgomery which is 50 miles from my house and spoke to the store manager who gave me his business card and personal cell phone number and stated he would get my money back for the A/C repairs and replacement thermostat. I tried 4 times after waiting a couple weeks and left messages on his cell phone and he won’t return my call. I lost money and am very, very upset!!!!

I've all of the total pack every time except once my problem was all that I would've never been able to solve them myself
