Confused, being asked for a review of a membership

I had one over a year ago, but now Best Buy is asking me about my experience Nov 3, 2021 (a couple weeks ago), Now I am nervous. The membership is good when you buy a lot of appliances.

On Line Support Failed: In Home not supported

Called to make appointment and told In Home support not provided for printers and network. And apparently this is the only way to express dissatisfaction with the service/support.
