Not as advertised

After having to use it several times I found that it took much longer so I was without a computer and they did not do what they said they did (read the ticket after and ignore what they say over the phone). I had to come and pick it up twice (the first time it was not there when they said it was there). After getting my new laptop fixed a few times I asked a professional IT person to take a look at it and they suggested I extend the warranty on it from the manufacturer. I did not know you could do that. Spend the money that way!

Posted .Manufacturers do offer Warranty extensions, although our Total Tech membership provides free protection for up to two years with a low deductible if the item needs to be repaired under the plan and covers a wide assortment of products, services and support through Best Buy.
