    I was surprised to get this from Best Buy but it’s was worth it. I got it on sale and it works ok. I haven’t used it often enough to see a difference but I can tell it’s working when I do use it. Most of all it’s wireless so that’s a plus

    This item was purchased for $48 and does not work. It was truly a waste of money. It turns on but does nothing else. Unfortunately, the returnable date ended 6/8 and it was purchased 5/25.

    The beurer em 37 is a whole new level of ab stimulation. I’ve used similar product and nothing compared to the em 37 deep muscle contraction. Highly recommended to shape ab.

    Had it for about a month and purchased to mix it up with my routine. It is simple to use and seems like it is working core muscles. The buttons are sensitive and that can affect your session but overall not a deal breaker.

      We are sorry that you are not happy with your Beurer EM37 abdominal muscle EMS belt. It is possible that you did not moisten the electrode covers and your back, prior to each use.

      1. Before each training session, ensure the skin underneath the belt is clean and free of creams or oils.
      2. Lay the belt down with the electrodes facing up.
      3. Dampen the electrode covers and your stomach with water. Make sure that the electrodes are evenly moistened to avoid voltage spikes during use.
      4. Place the belt around your waist such that the electrodes are positioned on your stomach and the Control Unit is over your navel, then fasten the hook and loop closure. The belt should be tight enough for good contact between the electrodes and skin, but not constricting.
