Made by the same people who made Heavy Rain, Beyond Two Souls builds off from the same engine of interactive cutscenes and QTE but it doesn't really live up to the hype. The game's only savior is the voice actor of the main character who does a fantastic job and fits the character but the rest of the game just flops and feels just like a movie. But it doesn't mean you shouldn't play it! It is very good if you only intend to watch it like a movie

I thought this game was a well put story with challenges that make the game satisfying to get through. I believe it adds atmosphere as well as character connection which can be achieve with interaction.

In Beyond Two souls you take on the role of Jodie, who's life is anything but normal. It's a great twist to the usual genre type stereotypes you'd see for the things that this game revolves around (vague to save from spoilers, lol). The story, I found, was very entertaining, and quite the emotional roller coaster. You get to decide the little details that go on in the story. The actions and reactions, everything leading to possible different outcomes depending on how the scenes play out. The game is based to be more of a movie come to life on the screen that you can have some control over. The indications for action can sometimes be small, but it's done on purpose not to break the movie-like quality the game holds as you proceed through the different events. Endings are great things, though. Emotional, when it comes to this game, but great none the less. I found this game very pleasing and the way they used motion capture to create everything the characters did in the game helped make things more fluid and realistic. And because the game can go in so many different directions depending on your actions int eh game you can go back and play through the chapters again and again to see all the different varieties you missed through the course of the game.

The game Beyond: Two Souls offers a heart-touching, immersive experience for the player. The graphics are astonishing, the realism and believe value, is amazing Beyond is truly an revolutionizing and amazing storytelling experience something that most other games have struggled to do.

Unique and interesting but I would not have been happy paying $60 for this. At fifteen dollars or less, it is worth it, however.

This is a great game from Quantic Dream and David Cage. From Indigo Prophecy to Heavy Rain each game is more of an interactive story rather than user driven device. This is not to state that this is not a good game, rather just not a game for everyone. If you want a great story filled with engaging characters and an ending that last with you this game is for you. If you are a gamer who does not enjoy long drawn out cut-scenes then keep on walking. There are moments that you will sit there for a good 5 minutes and press maybe two buttons. This is not a negative thing for people who know what they are getting in to though. The only downside that I had with this game is that the choices that I made didn't make me feel like they made much of an impact on the way the end played out. Heavy Rain, Mass Effect and especially TellTales The Walking Dead have made gamers feel that their choices truly mattered. But this game falls a little behind on this aspect. But if you enjoyed any of the previous games I have listed please feel free to pick up this game a know that you will not be disappointed, this is a great gaming achievement that needs to be experienced at least once.

What an amazing game, there's a lot of controversy about it because it's like a film, but I disagree with that, it has such a beautiful graphics and interactions with the characters of the story. This is one of my all time favorite games, I would really recommend it. Don't listen to the bad reviews. Ellen Page was the right person to make the role.

Great story, acting, music. I hope they release a soundtrack.

I have not played any video games in years, but I was attracted to the plot and the action of E. Page and W. Dafoe. For beginners, the game is more a movie than a game. Simply put, you are watching a movie develop, but not in a consecutive manner. For instance, you may be playing Jodie when she is 20, but then go back to when she was 15. So I would recommend to keep track of where you are, to try to put it all together. Although it sounds annoying, it actually adds to the suspense and the action. Another thing I enjoy were the simplistic controls. Having said that, I will note that you should NOT buy this game if you are looking for "heavy" action shooting such as the one you find in COD. One interesting factor is that you can get through the game in various ways, which all lead to different cinematics but essentially the same result. As a whole, it was a great game with a complicated yet intriguing plot that leaves it open for a potential sequel.

This game played similar to Quantic dream's previous game Heavy Rain. The story jumps around a lot so it was a bit hard to follow, but it's still enjoyable. I heard this game is coming out to the ps4 and hope to replay it!

The story was incredible! I loved this game. For fans of Heavy Rain, you have fewer moments in the story line in this game when you can change the game, but as long as you're expecting that I liked the story itself better. Truly enjoyable!

Good game, though I didn't enjoy it quite as much as Heavy Rain and it doesn't hold a candle to Indigo Prophecy.

The gameplay is simple (mostly QTEs), but it's nonetheless engaging and entertaining throughout the adventure. Definitely don't miss this one.

This game is so immersive. Don't listen to any bad reviews, even though the game is a little bit story-like, the producers do an amazing job with it and it couldnt have better graphics. The storyline is shorter than "The Last of Us" but is more relaxing and has more of a twist. Probably the best game I've ever played along with the Call of Duty series.

I love the game, only hang up is where the game considers checkpoints, if you don't get to play often, you may be slow to catch on to where you were.
