It barely picks up anything, battery life is terrible, and at times the red signal still comes on even after cleaning out the whole vacuum. All this and I only purchased it a month ago

Poor battery life

I do not know this problem is unique to my purchase, or is it product wide. It is very disappointing. This new model is definitely a step-down from the previous model.

I only used it for cleaning a one-bedroom apartment about once a week (minimal usage). I don't recommend this to anyone.

Not happy with this vacuum

It never had a strong suction but now has none! I tried to return it and Best Buy manager in Northridge was incredibly rude and not helpful . Infact, I will never go back to that particular store because of how rude he was. Woodland Hills has way way better customer service .
