We have a Shark hand vacuum at home that she adores, and I was trying to save $. We ended up returning and purchasing the Shark again. This Bissell is not nearly as powerful, and ergonomically it feels bulky in the hand. It is outperformed by the doubly-priced Shark, and not worth the lower price.

You have to go over and over the same area to get it done. The biggest let down was having to vacuum my car in two sessions due to the battery not lasting long enough.
