Not good for carpets

Awful design

Ive been purchasing Bissell vacume cleaners for years. When it came time to replace my current model all I could find is the new snubnose models. A small base with nothing but a big rotator brush. No height adjustment. It was difficult to maneuver, because the base is short it was unstable. It was so awful to use it was actually painful, it made my arm hurt. Go back to the old design, please. I'd give it zere stars if i could.

Heavy fell on my ankle three times, doesn’t pick up anything you just go over it desired areas and it spits it right back out so you’re basically making more of a mess

Disappointed

Best buy took it back no issues.
