The suction is intense and one pass picks up everything that isn't nailed down. The cord holder eliminates the need to hang on to it while sweeping. I have a dog that sheds a bit, but this picks up every hair.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not sure if this vacuum is for only carpet but we use it on runner rugs & our main floors are vinyl I believe & it works perfectly, I've used the attachment or just the main vacuum to clean off the dog beds perfectly it's not super loud our dog also likes it to be cleaned with it. Only downfall is it doesn't break down but I believe there is another module of this vacuum that does but overall it's not to heavy to go up & down stairs with.
