The worst battery life I’ve seen on this I’ve had it for 4 months and it never held up aren’t these battery suppose to last for years? It drains in like 5 to 10 mins. Horrible and it sucks at sucking

Vacuum last 6 months,brush stock , because internal plastic crack on roller brush,Bissell .plus coverage plan of best buy doesn't repair it ,only exchange or refund ,"if exchange is an option for you 3 or 5 years plan die right after have it . Then any coverage plan for vacuum is worthless.

Oh, Man. Was this ever a great purchase because... My wife loves it. Loves it! This vacuum cleaner was not a Valentine's Day gift or anything stupid like that. I just saw it when I was buying a new lap top and grabbed it for me. This was the best thing I did in ten years.

Only worked for a few months then the bottom piece broke and wouldn’t spin. Once I rigged that to work again it started to smell like it was burning out of the canister. I always cleaned it out. Cheap

This is perhaps the worst vacuum I’ve ever purchased. While I can appreciate the filter system, that’s about it. When i engage the turbo feature, the vacuum promptly shuts off. The batteries charges quite slowly, and as other reviews have mentioned, dies very quickly. I was vacuuming a small (alreadt clean) cottage and went through all the juice quite quickly. Spend an additional $50 and get the Shark.

Just awful, a waste of space but even though it was almost a week past return date this super nice and understanding supervisor returned it for I had one of my kids with me maybe he had pity lol Either way DO NOT BUY!!! It sucks and not like a bissell should

I havent even been able to truely use this vacuum because the batteries lifespan doesnt even last enough to bother using it. I honestly dont return it because i used it two times & dont have the box. Invest in one that maybe can last longer.
