You have to put the stem in to water it and it takes longer to clean it. I don't like the garbage to mix with the water, and it's very heavy.

I have tried almost every Bissell steamer and vacuum, and this one has the test of time with three dogs, two cats, and two children.

The other crosswaves sre better

I bought 3 units thinking mines was jusg broken but all 3 did the same thing. So the steam function is only for show. It shows up but not downwards to touch the floor. Im very disappointed with bissell for lying to us. The floor doesn’t even get hot. See for yourself. And though sticky stains definitely does not get removed. I just want my money back. Plus it doesn’t even pick up nor clean like the cheaper Bissell models. Its a worse machine. Do not buy. And not the clean water tank is broken the black piece fell out and its leaking. Save your money this is not an improvement from the other models.
