Got it home, unboxed the unit and followed the setup instructions. Noticed that the unit wasn’t producing steam. Got on bissell website and followed the troubleshooting for “no steam”, sadly the function for steam still did not work. I even dispensed an entire tank of water in on continuous pull of the trigger…no steam, the brush roll and steam bar weren’t even warm and no fluid had attempted to come from the steam jet holes. Contacted bissell support again and this time they told me to return the until to the retailer. I returned the first unit and purchased another one from the same store on 07/26/2023. Got it home, unboxed and setup. Turned the unit on and waited for the steam icon to stay solid and then depressed the trigger for 30 seconds, NO STEAM. Removed the brush roll and began the troubleshooting steps again. Kept brush roll out and did a continuous press for 60 seconds and still no steam. What are the chances of two faulty units back to back, I’ve googled forums, watched YouTube videos of the procedure and it still doesn’t work. I won’t be buying a 3rd

Water no longer comes out and it’s stopped suctioning. Absolutely dissatisfied with it. And trying to reach the company about it is even worse. Way too expensive for it to break as soon as it did.

Out of the box, it comes with sample formulas and sanitizers. I suggest ordering a jug of formula and using it because the samples will last half a house if you're lucky.
