    It works great for about 3 months than water leaks everywhere

    Had it for 3 months. Water no longer comes out and it’s stopped suctioning. Absolutely dissatisfied with it. And trying to reach the company about it is even worse. Way too expensive for it to break as soon as it did.

    Purchased this two days ago and I’m not happy. As stated by another reviewer it leaves streak lines on floor that are visible when dry. I had to go over several time to get yogurt off the floor. Couldn’t pick up small pieces of dried mud, and this machine is extremely loud. It’s also really heavy. I regret buying this and have no clue if I can return it now since it’s been used. Save your money!

    Regurgitated dirty water several times while dirty tank was significantly under the max line. Besides making more of a mess than cleaning, it is also SO loud. I gave it 2 shots and returned it.

    Small cleaning area, and the thing wont steam. I've tried over and over. Not impressive on the cleaning it managed. Will return and try another brand.

    I love the products normal ability to mop and vacuum however the steam function never worked. I returned this product 3 times only to get another which the steamer was not working again. I truly hoped it was user error, but sadlythat wasnt the case. Really wish the steamer worked, returned the product and just got the version without the steam function for a cheaper price.
