Didn't work right out of the box... Super excited got my floors prepped and ready for a deep clean to have the product not work. It didn't disperse ANY cleaning solution or provide steam. I triple checked to make sure everything was aligned properly and still nothing. Very disappointed. Had to return and Best Buy didn't have any additional unstuck to exchange... had to get a completely different product unless I wanted to wait 14 days for a restock.

You're better off using a traditional mop bucket and mop. The cleaning span is smaller than a regular vacumm cleaning. The way this machine works is like running a shampooer. A back and forth motion, and it doesnt pick up the water very well. The amount of time is takes the "clean" with it with the back and forth motion, and the very small cleaning width, it's way slower than just using a traditional mop/mop bucket. Maybe useful for a small mess, but not for a full floor cleaning.

Right out of the box this thing seems well thought out. It was simple to assemble and easy to use. The device is very light weight and maneuvers on our tile floor very nicely. The unit comes with 1 multi-surface brush roll, (you can additionally purchase other types of brushes as well from bissell [a carpet brush roll or soft touch microfiber brush roll is available]) The unit also comes with 3 sample bottles of solution, 1 of which is just for the unit itself. You will most likely want to get additional solutions as these bottles are just samples and not very big. There is also a handy little storage tray for the accessories (brush and brush plate) and the unit. The vacuum was easy to use, you fill up the container on the back with water and solution, and turn the device on and then select which mode you want (steamwash, hard floor, and area rug modes), with the convenient button on the handle. pros: lightweight, durable, small form factor. easy to operate, fill, empty and clean the clean out cycle mode allows you to clean the roller after using it, very simply unit has bright led front head lights negatives: the dirty water tank seems small, i found myself emptying the tank alot more than i thought i would compared to the clean water tank the ratio felt 1/3. Overall the unit performed very good, it was easy to use and did the job well. The clean up went quickly with the auto clean feature and unit tray which allows for keeping the roller nice and dry and the unit looking good. I would recommend this unit to someone looking for a hybrid wet dry vac.

Not much innovation since the start compared to others. The model before this one has been a tremendous work horse. After several years I am lookkng for advances (steam, self-cleaning, self dring) using new technology, not just a new, higher price to replace mine.

This thing worked great for a few months, and then it just stopped working. Luckily I got the protection plan.

it's horrible to clean. It does seem to keep things clean tho.

Very bulky and heavy. It spits out water everywhere. Its more effect to get it going and cleaning up after it. Not worth it.

Not a great pruduct. Continously messy and smell. I suggest looking elswhere brand

From my point of view, I don't find easy to use it, and it is kind of heavy for me. I will prefer something more light to carry and easy to use to clean under beds and furniture.

Not worth it for my house maybe for a small office space it’s suitable but I rather the Dyson vacuum suction is way better

The steam mop was very disappointing. For the price (even on sale) I was expecting it to make our tile floors shine or look close to new. While it removed some dirt they looked the same as before. The area I cleaned was small and it took nearly the entire bottle of cleaner. It also took a while for the floor to dry, the water was not sucked up the way it should have been. I would not recommend this to anyone.

complicated to use, doesn't clean well at all. for the price it should be cordless. wife gave up on it after a month, and its been sitting in my garage ever since. I just cant bring myself to throw it away. would have returned it if i still had the box and receipt. its now a very slow garage floor cleaner, and it sucks at that too.

I bought this in September 28, 2024 and I had ro get it replaced 4 times because it keeps on getting damaged. It's very disappointing and frustrating to had bought this and for it to not work. Don't waste your money on this product.

The steamer does not work well. Less than 6 months and now no suction.

I wanted to love this product, but for how expensive it is, it is terrible. The steam and mop mode leave deep streaks on your floors even when going over them. The vacuum itself picks up hairs okay, but pushes the dust out of the way so they fly everywhere. There are no attachments to this as well so you cannot get through small spaces. Lastly, it is extremely heavy, you will get tired doing just one room. I can go on, but i think you get the point.

Cant say much about it. The one I got did not work out of the box. Returned it to the store for a refund very shortly after purchase...
