the battery does not last long enough so it's a hassle to have to stop and charge. but what's worse is the water reservoir runs out of space even quicker than the battery running low so overall it's quite annoying to use and i end up using my dyson and steam mop more than i use this expensive piece of equipment. it doesn't get my floor as clean as i was hoping it would the one great thing i do like is the cleaning and drying of the brush head option

It does what its meant for. Sometimes won't suck up all the spill or get all the crumbs and for the price I payed I believe its slacking.

Wife loves the vacuum, does a great job cleaning floors. Has a self cleaning feature which is great. Rollers pick up everything.

Better than the old CrossWave, it tells me when the tank it's full and needs to be disposed as well, the self cleaning service helps the machine longevity and health. I had to do a firmware update and re-register the cleaner again thru the application, that was annoying, but not something I would remove an star of the overall product Never use it in carpet!!!!

This is great on hardwood floors. I haven't tried it on carpet yet but It picked up all the dirt and hair from 3 animals. Was easy to clean also after use.

This is great on my wood flooring! It really cleaned well and I have dogs that track in all kinds of stuff! The only con I would say is the battery life is only 30 minutes. If you have a large area to cover and go over it alot to really clean the area, the battery can go fast and you have to charge it to continue.

Cleans good but the cordless battery is gone before being able to clean the kitchen & living room tile

It's works as good as our old, original crosswave. The battery life is very good but it's not quite enough for the whole downstairs. Love it either way.

My favorite vacuum. Super quiet & lightweight. Easy to use.

This thing is awesome. All hard wood floors in the house it really makes it convenient to be able to vacuum and mop at the same time as I don’t have much time between work and other things around the house. No complaints. Only thing I would recommend is getting different rollers other than what it comes with for certain floor types.

Made cleaning up after 3 large dogs much easier. Also, my puppy thought it was delicious. So that was an unexpected bonus.

It’s great to have no power cord but it’s a bit loud and the battery doesn’t last long. Otherwise, I think it does a good job.

Nice to clean the floor, if you want keep you floor clean.

My wife loves it. She stopes using traditional mopping and uses this one every time she feels like she wants to clean the floor. On the back side of the handle there is a button that you press to release water, then with the setting desire, the cleaning process starts. Lots of good features and my kids flip it on the floor all the time

I had this product for about 2months worked great for about the first month then just wouldn’t stay running it kept shutting off and saying it was full and the dirty tank was empty and the clean tank for the water and solution was full so there shouldn’t have been any issues ..rollers nice and clean and free of any debris or hair or anything that would cause it to not function properly and yet still wouldn’t work ..I would literally have to take the roller out and run the machine in upright position for a few minutes then put the roller back in and try and clean my floors and that didn’t always work ..end up returning it ..definitely wasn’t worth all the annoying hassle and solution for this product is expensive..this machine should be neutral for any multi-surface cleaning product not just bissell solution and the fragrance isn’t even that good of a smelling product ..I like when I clean my floors I want my house to actually smell nice and clean and it didn’t really do all that the fragrance was very faint unlike other cleaning solutions...I think this product would be great if bissell worked out a lot of the flaws in this machine

We have the same floor throughout our home (luxury vinyl plank). It is nice to start at one point of the house and scrub the floor with this machine. It cleans well . The only draw back is that we can clean for 30 plus minutes and then we need to recharge, change water and continue.

Does good job of mopping. Battery life and waiting on recharge to mop larger ares is main drawback. Overall I like the product.
