Perfect to clean every day. Easy to use. Ideal for pets

So I only gave this item a 2 star review, but for me it’s more like a 4 to 5. To explain this you have to understand I only use mine to clean a 200sq ft area of lvp flooring. It is great at cleaning a very small area of lvp flooring with no floor covering. The reason I gave it a 2 is because for normal use like cleaning an average kitchen or dinning area your going to be upset. The battery from full charge maybe lasts 30 mins max. Hitting throw rugs is a nightmare because there is no height adjustment so it just sucks up the rugs. And oh did I mention the rugs I was cleaning was very thin cow hides so you can give anything thicker then a 1/4” a rest cause it’s not going to clean it. Clean up is fairly easy but of course the time you spend to properly clean everything you could have moped twice and switfered 4 times. At the end of the day this really is a great product and a wonderful idea. Practically it is a complete waste on money at 400$. This would be a good item I would recommend to add to anyone cleaning Arsenal if it was priced more fairly around 150-200$.

Does the job of cleaning hardwood and title. Wish it had more suction but overall great.

This is a life saver. If you’re like me and hate the idea of spending this kind of money, don’t take as long as I did to give in and get it. It took hours of mopping the floor to get clean water. This vacuum/ mop did it in 20mins. Just buy it. Don’t think about it. You’ll thank me later.

This is genius!! Vacuum and mop at the same time?! I use this at my work. I have 1400sf of hard floors. Sweeping and mopping took sooo much time, especially having to prep a bucket before mopping. Now, i just lift this off the charger and off we go. This is used daily, thats how easy it is.

Cleans floors great an parts are easy to clean up

It cleans all surfaces well. My wife loves it! Downside is that the charge per use does not last long enough.

I bought it for my son. He has 3 children. He like how it self cleans but said that the tray it sits in does get dirty.

I’m a working mom of 3 kids, a husband, and a dog. I can’t and don’t always feel like deep cleaning everyday. This handy little gadget allows me to clean carpet and floor without ever stopping. And it even self cleans. Perfect after cleaning up dog accidents or sticking kid projects. It’s not going to replace my deep carpet cleaner, but it definitely makes sure I don’t have to use it as often. It did replace my mop completely. I only wished the design could fit in tighter places. .

All in all this device works well, however after time it has stopped working and needs a large amount of “messing with” in order to work. The device seems to think it’s full in the waste tank, probably due to the placement of the sensors. could need a design change.

I have been going back and forth between this Crosswave and the corded one. I decided to purchase this one after reading the reviews (next time I will do more research). I knew almost immediately after reading the insert that I wasn’t going be a huge fan of it. According to the instructions you have to let it charge for 240 minutes and you get 30 minutes of usage time. After it charged fully there wasn’t even a total of 30 minutes of usage before having to recharge, needless to say I was almost able to get an entire room done (hardwood). So I recharged and moved on to the kitchen (white linoleum) where there had been a small spill from red juice and just daily wear. I had to go over the juice about 6 times in order for it to pick it completely up. I noticed it would constantly leave streaks of dirty water so I took it apart and cleaned it thoroughly thinking that was the issue, when I put it back together and continued on, I noticed it doing it again. It was annoying so I just put it away and used my regular spin mop. A couple of days later I decided to pull it back out and give it another go. Same results, this time I changed the roller brush because it comes with two, it worked for a few minutes but ultimately ended in same results. I figured there is no need to pay almost $435 for a device that I have to go over with a mop. Because of these issues I will be returning this device back to BesyBuy.

Works really well for quick clean up, easy to take apart to clean machine

I absolutely love this machine!!!! I have to vacuum and mop my floors daily, this vacuum does everything at once if I want! I have a Husky who sheds a lot and this picks every hair up with ease. The battery life is by FAR better than the dyson I replaced this with. 100% recommend!

I can vacuum and wash at the same time. The machine moves like a vacuum cleaner, it is easy to clean after finishing. Very pleased. I always found it hard to drag a mop all over the house, while washing the mop in between. Now there is a solution. Now I can do my own floors.

We have used the Crosswave several times and it has been a great buy for us to clean our rugs and floors.

Works great on tile and laminate flooring. Saves time because you can vacuum and mop at the same time.

This saves to much time! No need to have two items to clean the floor. The battery life is great and covers all 1500-1800 sq ft of tile in our house in one charge. The self cleaning feature is amazing to keep it clean and working like new. Would recommend to everyone!

This is one of the best vacuums I have ever bought it can clean and vacuum at the same time. Leaves the floors shinier and fresh looking. Picks up everything and then it cleans its own brush at the end.
