Got this to clean all of my tile floors and it works great. If I could change one thing, I wish it had a little bit longer of a battery life for those longer deeper cleans. Other than that, I love how easy it is to use.

DO NOT BUY! AFTER 3 MONTHS IT STARTED ON FIRE. Just charging it started on fire when i was 9 months pregnant, went straight to the dump. The suction also stopped working.

Love. Love. Love. Working mom life changer. My son spilled a Dr. Pepper the other day while my mother in law was over so i grabbed my crosswave and sucked it up and she was shocked that i could clean up liquid so quickly. 2400 sq ft house so big jobs are no problem.

Cleanup was very easy. I had really dirty floors. it would have done a better job if I cleaned the brush halfway. There is a bit of a learning curve but the videos are very helpful.

Easy to use but need to empty and fill too soon, not good for larger areas.

Battery life is aweful! It leaves streaks when solution dries. Imstead of it being connected to my wifi, i would like the battery life. I would take this product back, but i suffered quarantine and illness and missed the window of return.

Very easy to set up and use. It quite sure whether the “smart” technology justifies the price.

This is an expensive piece of cleaning equipment, so I used my rewards certificates to balance the cost and means. I'm happy with this purchase, it's so convenient and does a good job at "mopping" in between cracks and nooks. Cleaning the unit is a breeze. I have a lot of floor space between the kitchen and my living room and foyer. This unit can cover all that in a single charge with plenty more charge to go

Awesome piece of equipment does what the company says price is also good.

Not too expensive but not cheap either. Its a solid vacuum though if purchased on a discount.

Good vacuum if you don't have a ton of dog hair to vacuum. I usually have to prevacuum with my traditional vacuum then finish with the crosswave. Its nice and convenient with the cordless option and self cleaner. Overall worth the purchase for me.

Like it, works good but needs a bigger tank on it.

The worst item best buy could sell in on my 3rd one and after 2 months of use the battery won't hold a charge for more the 45 seconds

Really like that dirty water is removed and not just pushed around the floor. No wire plug is totally liberating. Doesn't always reach to floor wall edge and sometimes takes many passes to losen dried on crumbs. There is effort required to clean all parts when done. Stores and charges well. Overall a bit pricey.

Box to clean floors in less than 30 minutes. Easy to use, CLEANS ITSELF!!! Used on wood floors, tile floors and area rugs. Cleaning fluid works well, doesn’t streak, as long as you suck up the extra water. Everything smells fresh and looks great. Love this machine!

Does nice job on tile floor in kitchen picks up light crumbs and spills around table and island easy to empty machine rinse and dry parts took a few minutes battery lasts long enough to clean my kitchen floor which is fairly large

Having this cleaners had made mopping easier. I have four dogs and a pre-toddler that all day long as dirtying up my hardwood floors. Having to sweep and mop at least twice a day became a job in itself. Now, this chore has become easy and less time consuming.

This works on all floors and dries quickly! It can be used on area rugs too. Best part about it is that it’s self cleaning. Put it on the charging pad and the clean water rinses the machine and it goes into the dirty water container and is easily dumped!!

I had tried the regular cross wave and liked it but when the came out with the cordless I knew I had to have it. Cleans up messes with ease and leaves the house smelling fresh. Also like that I can use it on me small area rugs. Highly recommend!!
