Awesome to have but wish the battery life lasted longer than 30 minutes.

This is the best thing I bought to clean floors with a Great Dane in the house we have to vacuum so much. And instead of sweeping it all in the air this cleans magical. I am so glad my wife let me get this. It does everything.

Best addition to my household appliances. It helps us with having kids who spill things quite often. It cleans our downstairs without running out of power and solution. I find that it does a good job of maintenance if used daily.

It was better than I expected! Bought it because I have tile flooring and every time I mopped it left a film so my floor never really felt clean. But after using this Bissell crosswave max it made a huge difference on my floor.

Awesome product... cleans hard floors amazingly! And easy no need for a broom or mop... knock it out at the same time. And less room. You can even use it to clean rugs! Cant do that with a broom and mop.

A must for working moms who don’t have time to sweep and mop, but can’t stand the sight of dirty floors. I was reluctant to make the splurge given the hefty price tag, but now that I own one, I regret not purchasing it sooner.

This multi use vac is amazing on my wood floors and I had no idea that my battery powered push jet mop was missing so much dirt! In addition clean your carpet, this is the 3rd time that i use it and i am very satisfied.

Love this Vac/Mop. Being cordless is nice and I had plenty of charge to do my small kitchen, dining room, living room and hall way. I do have a very small house and love that is so easy to use.

I have 3 dogs (most days) and all but 1 shed all the time. I've shaved off the amount of time I need to clean my floors because I don't have to sweep/ vacuum and then mop. The self cleaning is an added bonus in my opinion!!

Heavier because there’s a battery but does a powerful job. new update is the self cleaning! It’s awesome! You can smell the battery when it runs more then the cleaning solution but it still smells fresh and clean. Good buy

The reviews for this vacuum do NOT lie! I first saw it in a commercial and after seeing that same commercial several times, i decided it was time to buy. So glad that I did! Excellent pick up and very easy to use.

This definitely saves time, but it doesn’t do deep cleaning. Works really well on area rugs. Keep in mind it doesn’t work on stairs and has no suction on the side so it doesn’t get all the way up to the baseboards.

I like having the convenience of grabbing the Crosswave and cleaning up after two 90+ lb. labs go running through my house. We have both hardwood and tile floors. It does a great job and cleans itself too!

I'm very happy with the CrossWave. Like others stated, it does sometimes leave "streaks" of dirty water behind if I move too fast. However, even keeping at just a steady pace I'm saving time on keeping the floors clean. I find that the ease of it means I'm cleaning the floors far more often than I did in the past!

I purchased this to clean my vinyl plank floors. Clean is not the word I'd use to describe what it does to/for the floor. - The Multi-Surface Brush Roll takes forever to become wet. The videos and images must have been priming the roll for 5 minutes before filming. - The vacuum process works fine, but the "wet" aspect just smears whatever is on your floor, and leaves behind a film of dirt/soap. While the floor is drying you might as well package up your BISSELL - CrossWave and take it back to the store. TL;DR Does not mop well. Does not clean well. Smears dirt around.

Didnt like it not for pet hair for sure feel loke forever to really get my floors cleaned with this.
