Customers are saying
Customers admire the CrossWave Max's cleaning performance and ease of use, frequently praising its cordless design and lightweight build. However, some users point to shorter-than-expected battery life and a price point that may be considered high by some. Concerns were also raised regarding occasional suction issues and streaking on certain floor types.

Easier than a wet hand mop
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Move over Swiffer!!! This is the next leader in cleaning floors. Easy to use and quick. Did my reviews online before hand and they didn’t disappoint. We bought this instead of a robot because we had some many rugs.

Great mop
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This actually works on years of dirt on bathroom left by previous home owner. At first it seems like it didn’t work but you have to let it stay steam on that dark spot for a while

Better if you don’t own Pets.
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well. With Pets that shed you have to clean out the entire vacuum after every use. Some times twice or more during a single use to do clogging of the vacuum components. Because a bit fiddly with all of the constant taking apart and cleaning the entire vacuum after every use.

Product does not live up to what it says it does
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so disappointed in this product. I spent the extra money to get a wet/dry vacuum and mop. The vacuum works fine but the mop roller didn't spin and all it did was push dirty water around. Also the red light would come on as soon as you empty the dirty water and won't start back up if it not dumped again. I literally would get about 2 or 3 strokes and it would stop. It left streaks on my floor and was no better than mopping with dirty mop water. I would not suggest this product for anybody. Maybe my expectations we too high

Amazing product
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent product, does an amazing job cleaning the floors and rugs. I have used it on my carpet as well and the amount of dirt it picks up is crazy. I highly recommend to everyone.

A disappointment.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Truly disappointing machine, the battery is incredibly poor. It does not last long enough to thoroughly clean a large rug, let alone a 1300 sq ft apartment.

I wanted a Robot vaccum but this will do
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally wanted a roborock s7 max but I asked myself “is there a vaccum cleaner that mops and vacuums at the same time?”. I did my research on Youtube and found a video comparing all of the corded and cordless ones and i decided to get this. It’s great if you only have kids (toddler and infant). I saw reviews online from people complaining that it doesn’t work well with pets but its great for me. It saves time from using a traditional broom and then mop after.

Best Vacuum Ever
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has all the same features as the pet version except it's cordless and has a different floor brush. The cordless factor is massively convenient. There is a button you can push to clean the brushes after use that is extremely convenient as well. I wouldn't use it to clean actual carpets, but for hard floors and area rugs it does a fantastic job. The only issue I have is cat litter; if you sweep up cat litter with the wet vac feature it can make a clay mud that is a pain to clean up and does get stuck on the brush. I ran my steam mop over the floor after that and it cleaned it right up as does double cleaning the brushes.

Dream Machine
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worth every penny. I’ve never had a hard floor cleaner as effective and easy to use as this one. It leaves no residue or moisture, and it thoroughly washes and dries my floor in no time.

Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far, not terribly impressed by this vacuum. It has terrible suction and and doesn't pick up the water that is dispersed. It also gets constantly clogged by dog hair.

Good light cordless wet/dry vac
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a lightweight cordless wet/dry vacuum. It does all floor types and should last you 30 minutes depending on use before needing a recharge. It comes with 4 bottles of cleaning solution, a charging station and an extra multi floor brush. Setup is simple, just push the handle into the body and your done. The base comes with the power adapter attached, and a small add on to hold accessories. The vacuum is light, and has a clean solution hold on the back and the dirty water is held in the front. Both water holders snap on and off easily. To charge, just slide the vacuum onto the charging station. Make sure you press down all the way until the charge status lights up to indicate charging. You have to push down, you just can’t let it slide down. After setup and charging the vacuum is pretty simple to use. There are two buttons on the front top of the handle. One is power, and the other switches between hardwood/tile and carpet settings. A third button under the handle sprays fluid and activates the headlight light on the bottom. The included brushes are multi use and good for hard floors or carpet. The solution holder is clearly labeled for the amounts needed for small or large jobs and cleaning the vacuum. You invert it to fill and its level on a surface so it’s easy to put in the right amount in. A screw on cap is all that need to be removed. As soon as you tilt the vacuum handle back, the brush will engage. I tried on hardwood, tile, and area rugs. The vacuum did well on all surfaces, and was easy to maneuver. The solution administered isn’t excessive, and the vacuum does a good job of sucking up the water. Any solution left behind evaporate quickly on hard surfaces, and carpet was only slightly damp. In 30 minutes, you can cover a lot of area. The vacuum lost about 1/3 of its power in 12 minutes, after 25 minutes it was still going and the with the large selection of water and solution put in I still had some left, and it was as powerful as when it started. When done, the bottom container has the dirty water in it. Just detach, remove the filter and dump. It has a tray above the bottom to catch bigger debris which is nice. You can lift the tray and the bigger items out of the holder to dump in the trash instead of down the drain. Check the filter after use for any large debris. You can easily take the cover off the brush area and remove anything caught in there too. After dumping, with a small amount of solution left, put the vacuum on the charger and select the cleaning cycle. It will run for a bit and help clean the brush. This is the only odd choice in the vacuum system. The cleaning cycle leaves a bit of water under the brush in an area designed for it on the base. Then you either have to leave it, get the base to a sink, or soak up the small amount or water with something. With a Wi-Fi connection and the app, you are provided some good information. Connecting it is easy with a smart phone, just load the app and take a picture of the QR code behind clean tank and it’ll connect. It will also download firmware for the device as needed. It tracks time used, life left of filter, brush, formula amount left in a bottle (you put in the bottle size), and current battery life. It also has all the instructions, manuals, FAQ’s, and how-to step by step guides and videos you’ll need. You can also view the vacuum and account information. The vacuum worked on all surfaces as it said. You can buy other brushes and solutions to suit your needs. It should run for 30 minutes, and it cleans well. It starts you off with a good amount supplies and extras to go for a bit before needing replacements. The Wi-Fi is optional, but the app includes useful information on the vacuum and has lots of helpful information. With its light weight, it’s easy to push around the low head can get under many obstacles.
