I absolutely LOVE my Crosswave Max! It definitely exceeds my expectations in cleaning. Keeping my floors clean has never been so easy and the self cleaning is wonderful!

This a great cleaner,if you need a good vacuum buy this!!! Amazing on all areas of our house which is mostly tile. Cleans up messes so easily and with little effort!!

Best one we have ever purchased. Our wood floors are much cleaner than they have ever been. When we used the other cleaner we had it didn’t pick up all the dirt.

I’ve had 5 Dyson vacs. This is the best you can buy right now for an active house with hardwoods throughout. Don’t worry about the price this vac will pay for its self quickly.

I feel like it was over hyped to me on being a miracle worker. Does a great job maintenance cleaning floors. Water reservoirs and battery last a good amount of time. Self clean feature works surprisingly well.

Love that there’s no cord and wireless App to show how much powers left. Cleans the same as previous model. Not perfect... but better than moping. I hate the paper filter that you have to purchase a few months of old one gets dirty. Why not one you can just clean?

Bought it because of the reviews and was not disappointed . Have a home daycare , so I use it all the time quick and convenient . Love not dealing with a power cord .

This was a gift for my wife, we have wood floors and she loves it so much. Still trying to figure out how to use it but it cleans amazingly!

I ended up returning this vacuum because it would not hold a charge long enough to do my small living room not sure if it was defective or watt but Best Buy returned it with no problems

Love the cord free and battery powered feature. Vacuums and cleans just as good as the plug in model. Love it!

Takes a few uses to figure the best methods of use. The battery when new will last to clean a regular house. The bad is that the battery degrades with only a year of use.

This ... THIS is the mop/cleaner to get! It is amazing and the self cleaning is super handy! We have used many different models, but this is the one!

We really like this. We haven't had it that long, but it is doing a great job on our tile floors. The main thing we love is that it is cordless.

Easy to use. Battery lasts for an entire floor. Like the self clean feature. Easy enough to use young teen kids can use it. No clue why it needs to connect to WiFi.

It’s a good item works well only issue is battery life. 45 minutes if you have a a big house not a good thing to have. Maybe if it had extra batteries I would consider it but I had to return it not for me.

Love this machine! I can’t stand to walk barefoot on dirty floors. This has been a godsend. Does all of the work in one quick pass.

I was undecided about whether to buy this or not. Since I have a cordless vac and a floor washing machine I kept asking myself if I really "needed" this. Then the Corona quarantine hit and I suddenly became obsessed with my dirty floors. So I hit "add to cart" and pulled the trigger. I have been happily vacuuming and washing my tile floors and area rugs like I have nothing else to do (which I don't). Anyway, if you are thinking of getting this - do it. I am so happy I went with the cordless model. It runs for about 30 minutes on a charge which is just about my floor cleaning attention span.

Fantastic product! It works great on small areas, I vacuum first then go over and remove nay extra pet hair. I would definitely recommend!!!!!

I wanted to love this but after using it once it is no where near the hype. Having to assemble and dissemble it is too much work to even want to use it. I tried it a 2nd time and still is too much hassle for me to justify. It does work well, works as advertised for the most part, just a lot of work to use it. Battery life is great but leaves steaks on our LVT flooring when mopping. Maybe we used too much or too little water? Not sure. My wife loved it but 3 months in she’s realized it’s really not worth it as well. We use it for occasionally cleaning the area rugs but other than that it sits in the storage room. Make sure you know what your getting into with this unit.
