Works greta on solid surfaces for sure. Struggles a bit with tile. But doesnt hold back on performance.

With all the muddy paws coming in my house I decided to get a bissell crosswave max cordless vacuum. It sweeps and mops so I wouldn't have to do both and our floors would stay so much cleaner. Well....that was a fail! This is presented as a machine that will vacuum and mop messes like spilled cereal and all that, but I just wanted it to mop my floors and vacuum in one. It did a good job cleaning the paw marks off the floor, but it leaves streaks on the floor. I spent 10 minutes on a 2 ft by 2 ft area because everytime you pull it back it leaves streaks and a line of dirty water behind the machine. When I tried picking it up to go over that spot it was dripping dirty water out all over the floor without the trigger being pressed. It would take hours to clean my kitchen floor alone since you spend all your time trying to clean up the tracks it leaves. It has a self cleaning cycle you run when it's on the charge stand and then "wipe" up the mess. The last picture shows the mess you can just wipe up. It's a bunch of dirty water the machine didnt vacuum up. I was really hoping I could keep the floors cleaner with this machine, but we are returning it and going back to the old method.

Love this Bissell. It is easy to use, easy to clean afterwards and does a great job on my floors.

I love this machine. I have 6 six dogs and this is a easy fast way to go over kitchen tile and wood floors fast.

Works as advertised and the family loves it. Very easy to use and the accessories and chemicals are not expensive.

We love our crosswave max. Works good picking up dust and if the pet has an accident it'll sanitize the area very well

So far this vacuum is amazing for $360. I am happy I spent the extra 100 for cordless over the crosswave pet.

I am loving my all in one floor cleaner. No longer do i have to sweep and mop as this does it all.

I'm a sucker for convenience. So naturally a rechargeable wet/dry vacuum caught my attention. But for the price, we feel it could have been made with better materials. The brush cover has broke once already and now the handle cracked. Brushes and parts are not available through Best Buy. I convinced my wife the top dollar item was going to be an all in one kind of idea, but didn't expect the subpar material. I rarely write reviews but for the sake of someone else saving their money I decided to write one for this Bissell.

i love my vacuum only reason why I'm not giving it 5 star is I wish the tank for the dirty water was bigger to not have to dump out so often.

This is the best to clean any types of floors! I am a pet owner and this saves my life! No more pet hair or dirty carpets!
