Battery fried after 6 uses!

I used it about 6 times and then the battery would not charge. We tried everything and they advised us the battery was fried. We ended up getting the corded version! That is 10x more powerful and you never loose power! Please make sure you read consumer reports on this model as well, has many issues with the battery!

Sadly, I’m not impressed

Unfortunately when I took it home and tested it out in my home, it didn’t work as well as I thought it would. I have tile and wood laminate floors throughout my home. Honestly it didn’t grab debris as well as I hoped it would and the cleaning wasn’t like “oh my God”. Which is what I would have expected for $400. It cleaned equivalently to my Bissell steam mop which only cost me $80. Soooooo I returned this. And bought a shark vacuum instead.

CLEANS MY WHITE TILES WELL!

Loved it until it stopped worked a year later

Called Bissel they said it’s an internal issue and no longer under warranty. For how much this costs not worth it if after a little over a year it breaks
