We use it for periodic cleaning of hardwood floors. It makes lots of dirty water which is good. It's a bit heavy. App is more trouble than it's worth.

This is my favorite purchase, and well worth the $. I loved it so much I bought one for my mom. Going from floors to carpets is amazing. Cleaning up spills is so easy, and whenever the pets have random accidents, cleaning is a breeze and it doesn't matter if it's the area rug or the hardwood floor or the tile.

Great product overall. Imperative, after each use to clean roller and “dirty” container. Let them dry or they smell.

Works well and very convenient. It’s basically a vacuum and a swiffer mop built into one and it makes cleaning the floors a breeze.

Works good but the vacuum doesn't pick up as much as id like.. But i had no idea how dirty my floors were until i bought this bad boy.

I'm honestly disappointed with this, especially for $400. The one pro I will say about it is that the ease of use is there. However, the weight for a "cordless" device is too heavy compared to a Dyson around the same price. I understand that this device is marketed more towards hardwood floors rather than carpets, but it performs very poorly on carpet. I bought this mainly because I have a dog that sheds on both my carpet and hardwood floors so I wanted a machine that could handle both. The capacity for the vacuum part has low suction. The actual rolling brush constantly gets stuck with pet hair making it tedious to constantly having to manually clean the brush. The solution provided doesn't seem to actually "mop" hardwood floors but instead does a light glaze. Similarly, it cannot deep clean/penetrate carpet other than the surface layer. It makes the carpet wet but not wet enough to disband sticky material. Although the advertising and product description state "rug" over "carpet", I was still hoping this product would help with carpet cleaning. So my verdict is that it doesn't even thoroughly clean hardwood floors nor carpet so I am returning this ASAP.
